By submitting a request, booking a session, making a payment, or otherwise using the Website, the Client agrees to these Terms.

1. Services

The Photographer provides photography services, including but not limited to:

• portrait photography;
• family photography;
• couple / love story sessions;
• wedding photography;
• commercial photography;
• event photography;
• other custom photo services.

• pricing,

are agreed individually with the Client.

2. Booking & Payment

2.1. A booking is considered confirmed after:

• written confirmation,
• deposit payment,
• or other agreed reservation method.

2.2. The deposit amount is agreed individually.

2.3. Remaining payment is made:

• before,
• during,
• or after the session,
  depending on the agreement.

2.4. If the Client cancels the session less than 72 hours before the scheduled time, the deposit may be non-refundable due to reserved working time.

2.5. In case of force majeure circumstances (weather, illness, restrictions, emergencies, etc.), the session may be rescheduled by mutual agreement.

3. Delivery of Photos

3.1. The Photographer performs artistic editing in their own professional style.

3.2. RAW/unedited files are not provided unless agreed separately.

3.3. Delivery timelines are discussed individually depending on the project.

3.4. Final materials may be delivered through:

• online gallery,
• cloud storage,
• download link,
• or other digital methods.

4. Copyright & Usage

4.1. All copyrights and intellectual property rights belong to the Photographer.

4.2. The Client receives a non-exclusive right for personal use of the photographs.

4.3. Commercial use, resale, heavy editing, or transfer to third parties without permission is prohibited unless otherwise agreed.

4.4. The Photographer may use selected images for:

• portfolio,
• website,
• social media,
• promotional purposes

unless the Client informs otherwise in writing before the session.

5. Client Responsibilities

The Client agrees to:

• arrive on time;
• provide accurate booking information;
• follow agreed schedules and location rules;
• ensure necessary permissions for private locations if applicable.

The Photographer is not responsible for:

• delays caused by the Client,
• restrictions imposed by venues,
• weather conditions,
• actions of third parties,
• technical limitations outside reasonable control.

6. Privacy & Personal Data

6.1. Personal information submitted through the Website or during communication is used only for:

• booking,
• communication,
• service delivery,
• customer support.

6.2. The Website may use cookies and analytics tools to improve user experience.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Photographer’s liability is limited to the amount paid by the Client for the specific service.
